Return & Exchange
We offer 5-day free return & exchange. If 5 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Just contact us via WhatsApp or Phone. We will get the package picked up from your doorsteps within 24 hours. Please pack the item in its original packaging. The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
If you want to exchange, we will courier your new exchange item once we receive the item back from you.
Refunds
We do offer refund in case of manufacturing defects in our products or print quality issues.
In case of size issues, we offer FREE exchange.
We typically deduct the Shipping/Cash on Delivery charges, and refund the rest of the amount via UPI.
We refund your amount (minus deduction) immediately after we receive the returned item(s).
